I am a clinical psychologist and certified Gestalt therapist with international experience practicing in both Slovakia and the United States. I completed my degree in Counseling Psychology at Northeastern University in the USA, where I subsequently worked in psychiatric settings with both adults and adolescents. This intensive nearly eight years of intensive experience profoundly shaped my professional approach, but above all, it deepened my understanding of the uniqueness of human stories and the challenges we face in life.

In addition to my clinical work in Slovakia, I have a long-standing background in the corporate environment. I have designed and delivered development programs for managers and employees, and I founded Enef Consulting, a successful Employee Assistance Program (EAP) company that provided comprehensive support to both organizations and their employees. After years in the business world, however, I chose to close that chapter, sell the company, and return to what fulfills me most—deep, individual work with clients in psychotherapy.

I believe that change is a natural part of life. Even though it is often accompanied by stress, uncertainty, or fear, learning to flow with the process, close old chapters, and begin a new is a vital life skill. It is precisely during these moments that I can be a source of support for you. Having gone through similar life and professional transformations myself, I understand how crucial it is to have a safe space during times of transition.
